"Concrete Keeper Pt" is an all-purpose impregnation material that achieves "long lifespan" by providing deterioration countermeasures and surface protection in a single coat, completed in a short period at a low cost. By enhancing with silane, it offers effects equivalent to or greater than silane-based and silicate-based impregnation materials through a one-component application. This applies to both new and existing structures.
